Janhvi Kapoor once again proved why she is considered one of Bollywood’s most stylish young stars. Her latest festive look has captured everyone’s attention, thanks to its perfect mix of vintage charm and modern elegance. On Friday, the actress shared beautiful photos on Instagram wearing a muted gold anarkali designed by Mayyur Girotra, and the internet immediately fell in love with the outfit.
The anarkali had a Mughal-inspired vintage feel. Its soft beige base suited Janhvi’s glowing complexion, while the rich bronze and metallic embroidery added a royal touch. The short sleeves were heavily decorated with shimmering sequins, making the outfit look luxurious from the very first glance. The high neckline, finished with delicate hand-embroidery, added a classic and graceful look. The flowing silhouette below kept the overall style elegant and flattering. A standout detail was the stylish cutout at the back, adding a modern twist to the otherwise traditional outfit.
Janhvi paired the anarkali with a dupatta that featured an antique gold border and subtle metallic highlights. The matching palazzo pants carried the same intricate embroidery, making the entire outfit look rich and well-balanced.
Her jewellery also played a major role in completing the royal look. She wore a heavy choker necklace from Amrapali Jewels, designed with kundan-style stones and oxidised detailing. Matching earrings and a beautifully crafted kada added more charm. Her rings, from Golecha’s Jewels, were bold and artistic, giving the look a strong finishing touch.
To add a modern contrast, Janhvi carried a silver metallic mini-bag from Motifs by Surabhi Didwania. For footwear, she chose embroidered juttis decorated with fine beadwork, which perfectly matched the festive theme.
Makeup artist Sushmita Vankar kept Janhvi’s makeup warm and glowing with bronzed eyes, soft contours and warm brown lips. A tiny black bindi added a traditional touch. Hairstylist Marce Pedrozo styled her hair into a sleek, centre-parted bun that looked neat, polished and timeless.
